For the craftsmen among dads

Is your father a passionate craftsman? Or you want to prove that you are talented too? This original gift is likely to cause enthusiasm.

Materials

Cool box made of wood or metal; hammer; meterstick (foldable ruler); 1 beer; 2 houseplants; soil; small stones or white pebbles; various acrylic paints; black pen.

Method

Paint the handle of the hammer with paint and write «Daddy you’re great» on it.
On the meterstick, write «Daddy you're amazing» in black pen.
If the box is made of wood, line the two compartments for the plants with plastic.

Put the houseplants inside and fill with soil. Water in gently.
Decorate the soil with stones or pebbles.
Add the beer and the tools to the box.

Tip

If you decide to use a metal box, you could paint it. If your father is not so fond of plants, replace them with goodies (wine, sweets, spices, etc.).
