Information for members of the old Fleurop customer club

  • Members of the old Fleurop customer club will be transferred to MyFleurop. Please note, however, that you have to activate your account to complete the transfer.
  • For this purpose, please log in to MyFleurop. Your e-mail address is your NEW user name, your password remains the same.
  • Once you have logged in, you will receive an e-mail from Fleurop with a confirmation link. Please click on the link so that we can verify your e-mail address. This is a once-only process.
  • You now have online access to your account, as before and at any time.
  • As a new feature, you will also receive a MyFleurop member number by e-mail. We suggest you save it to your mobile phone for quick and easy ordering from our call centre or at one of the 400 Fleurop partner shops in Switzerland.
  • As a thank you for your loyalty and as a welcome gift, Fleurop will credit a starter bonus of 50 MyFleurop points to your account.

Information for customers with the old (paper) Fleurop loyalty card

  • If you still have a paper Fleurop loyalty card, you can register with MyFleurop now: online, via the Fleurop call centre or at any Fleurop partner shop.
  • The old loyalty cards can of course be converted into MyFleurop points (even if they are not full): simply send your loyalty card to Fleurop-Interflora (Schweiz) AG, Förliwiesenstrasse 4, Postfach, 8602 Wangen b. Dübendorf by 31 December 2016. The points transfer can only be made at the Fleurop head office.
  • Conversion rate: 1 loyalty card point is worth 50 MyFleurop points.
  • On request, we will provide you with a MyFleurop card in credit card format in place of the old loyalty card. At the same time, you will receive a set of bar code labels so you can also use your MyFleurop member number for orders at one of our 400 Fleurop partner shops in Switzerland.
  • As a thank you for your loyalty and as a welcome gift, Fleurop will credit a starter bonus of 50 MyFleurop points to your account.

Information for new MyFleurop members

  • Please register by clicking "I would like to become a member".
  • Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail from Fleurop with a confirmation link. Please click on the link so that we can verify your e-mail address. This is a once-only process.

You can also register with MyFleurop at any Fleurop partner shop, where you will receive your MyFleurop card, bar code labels and an information brochure.

Forgotten your password or user name?

  • Your e-mail address always serves as your MyFleurop user name.
  • If you cannot remember your password, please click "Forgotten your password?" in the login area at www.fleurop.ch.
  • If you get a message that your e-mail address is not registered with us, please bear in mind that you might only have registered for our newsletter but not with MyFleurop.

Collecting MyFleurop points

MyFleurop members earn points for purchases via all our sales channels and quickly start to enjoy the benefits. Here are some details and tips:

  • Every franc counts - you receive one MyFleurop point for every Swiss franc you spend on Fleurop orders.
  • You get points not only for the flowers and plants you order from Fleurop, but also for supplementary products, accompanying cards as well as service charges.
  • The points are credited to your account regardless of how you place your order - via www.fleurop.ch, our call centre or at one of our approximately 400 Swiss partner shops.
  • If you pay in euros, the amount will be converted into Swiss francs before the points are calculated.
  • We will credit a starter bonus of 50 MyFleurop points to your account as soon as you have registered as a MyFleurop member.
  • The old loyalty card points can be converted until 31 December 2016. Conversion rate: 1 loyalty card point is worth 50 MyFleurop points.
  • Discounts, special offers and other reductions are programmed into the system. The credited points correspond to the net amount paid.
  • If you pay with a Fleurop gift card or online voucher, the total order value will be credited to your points account.
  • No points are credited for purchases of Fleurop gift cards or online vouchers. These points are credited when the card or voucher is used. Persons using the card or voucher who are not MyFleurop members can register with MyFleurop at that time.
  • You may also transfer your MyFleurop points to another member's MyFleurop account. Please contact the Fleurop Customer Service for this purpose.

Using MyFleurop points

  • You need at least 300 MyFleurop points on your points account. 300 points corresponds to 12 Swiss francs.
  • There are various options for you to use your MyFleurop points.
  • If you have 300 or more MyFleurop points, you can deduct the cash equivalent from Fleurop orders placed via www.fleurop.ch, the Fleurop call centre or at a Fleurop partner shop. This applies to the entire Fleurop range of products including gift cards and online vouchers.
  • If you have 500 or more MyFleurop points, you can also use them to get exclusive Fleurop rewards and special Fleurop offers that can be collected from one of the 400 Fleurop flower shops.

Exclusive rewards and special offers for 500 or more MyFleurop points

  • With 500 points, you can call in at a Fleurop partner shop and choose a bouquet for CHF 50, or you can get a CHF 50 gift card, either from a Fleurop partner shop or online. Click HERE to order a gift card online.
  • With 1,000 points, you can choose an attractive gift worth CHF 120. The list of rewards is constantly updated and can be viewed in any Fleurop partner shop or HERE.
  • With 1,500 points, you can choose an attractive gift worth CHF 180. The list of rewards is constantly updated and can be viewed in any Fleurop partner shop or HERE.
  • With 2,000 points, you can choose an attractive gift worth CHF 240. The list of rewards is constantly updated and can be viewed in any Fleurop partner shop or HERE.

Transferring MyFleurop points

If other MyFleurop members - friends and relatives, for example - would like to help you boost your points balance, they can transfer points from their account to your account. And of course you can also do the same for them. Please contact our Customer Service for this purpose: [email protected]

Using your MyFleurop account

As a MyFleurop member, you can access your account whenever you want. Use your account and address book not only for quick and easy ordering, but also to check your MyFleurop points balance and, in your order history, to view all the details of your previous Fleurop orders. And you can also make sure you never forget an important date by activating our reminder service. Click HERE to go to your MyFleurop account.

Credit and expiry of MyFleurop points

  • Whenever you place an order, your account will be provisionally credited with the corresponding number of MyFleurop points. This is a provisional points credit because your order could still be changed or cancelled. You can use these points once they have been definitely credited to your account, at the latest once the invoice has been issued. The relevant information is provided as follows:
  • All the details are given in your MyFleurop account.
  • The provisional points credit for the order is specified on the order confirmation.
  • The definite points credit for the order is specified on the invoice.
  • MyFleurop points remain valid for two years from the order date. Fleurop will alert you before your points are due to expire.

Using your MyFleurop number

A MyFleurop member number will be issued as soon as you have completed your registration. We suggest you keep it handy or save it to your mobile phone so you can use it for quick and simple ordering via our call centre or at one of the 400 Fleurop partner shops in Switzerland.

Saving the MyCard examples as templates

As a MyFleurop member, you can save previously created MyCards as templates and use them - as they are or modified - for future orders. For example, you could use the same picture again but change the text, font, font colour and/or templates.
