Unfortunately, in some regions of Austria, we are unable to deliver your flowers personally. Therefore, we send them via a parcel service. Please note that delivery is only possible from Tuesday to Friday and requires at least 24 hours' notice. Plants and fragile items cannot be sent by parcel.

Exact delivery time

Please choose at least one of the following options:

If the recipient is not present.
  • If the flower recipient is absent, a notification card with the selected option is deposited. If this is not possible, the florist will use the other option depending on the situation and note this on the card.
  • In the event of bereavement, please write specific delivery instructions in the field ‟Remarks”.
